7-Day Policy for Defective or Wrong Items

 

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us to request a return.

To be eligible, you must provide proof of the issue. Upon verification, we will be happy to offer you a full refund or a free replacement for the item. We will cover all shipping costs associated with returning a defective or wrong item.

 

General Returns (Change of Mind)

 

For all other returns, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a general return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unused and unworn.

  • In its original packaging.

Please note that for general returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  4. Wait for Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
